Leonard Smalls Posted Wednesday at 13:54 Posted Wednesday at 13:54 My very long-running band (40 years, on and off!) are about to release our second ep... The first one was just named after one of the tracks (Feed The Creature), but we feel that we could have something a bit more descriptive of all the tracks, or at least summat witty. Currently the holding title is "Glorious Times" (after one of the tracks - other tracks are "Penny Arcade", "Tall Buildings" and "(I bit my) Mother Tongue"). Any thoughts? We're sort of EDM Funk Rock - Spotty link below to first ep. Suggestions have been "It's All Bollocks, Never Mind" (!), "Best Enjoyed In Retrospect?", "Pot Holes Present Challenge" (?) and "The Deva Sessions" (songs were written especially for a gig (rare!) in Chester... 1 Quote
Jackroadkill Posted Wednesday at 14:22 Posted Wednesday at 14:22 How about Inglorious Times, or (In)Glorious Times? without getting too political it's widely acknowledged that we're at tipping points of many descriptions, and most of them are the result of inequality and division. 2 Quote

miles'tone Posted yesterday at 06:17 Posted yesterday at 06:17 As a kid, I grew up near a penny arcade so "Barred For Bumping" instantly came to mind. Might not get you many pub gigs these days though 😄 1 Quote

Or are you saying we should spare the world the pain of releasing an obviously disturbing racket into an already shattered world? Though that could also be a good title, in the spirit of Iain M Banks! Quote

Stofferson Posted 42 minutes ago Posted 42 minutes ago Sometimes we look through the lyrics, if there's a phrase in there that sounds appropriate, sometimes it might not be for the song title but works well for an EP Quote
