Hutton Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Can anyone reccomended a multi-effects pedal for a technically challenged old guy. I’m looking for something that isn’t too bamboozling. Thanks in advance. Quote
Al Krow Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago (edited) Maybe a Zoom B1-4? Can typically be had in good used condition for < £60. As well as being a neat multifx, it includes a very useful tuner, drum machine, looper and headphone out. Edited 12 hours ago by Al Krow 4 1 Quote
Hellzero Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Depending on the needs, the Zoom B2 Four and B6 are also worth checking too. 1 Quote
Elfrasho Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Really depends on what you need. An old Zoom b3 would be incredibly simple as its basically lined up as individual pedals which you can mix and match. Once you learn how the menus work, its pretty easy and they sound decent enough. Bit old and limited as to whats available these days though. If you're not after major flexibility, one of those "flyrig" type systems would probably be as easy as you can get... not digital menus etc. I've never tried one but always fancied having one as a wee back up system. tauzero Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Zoom B3 or B3n - the B3n has the advantage of being easier to switch patches. You can also edit patches on a PC which is quite simple to do. Quote
