Steve Browning Posted May 9 Posted May 9 In fairness, it's not a proper bass as it has 5 strings. 😀 2 12 Quote

Misdee Posted May 9 Posted May 9 To be fair, it could be that five string is strung with a high C and the person playing it has really advanced sight reading chops and can transpose bass parts from treble clef. There are plenty of such annoying people in the world. I can think of at least one that has a YouTube channel. No doubt he would want a t shirt to that effect. Quote

HeadlessBassist Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Cellists and Double Bass players read Bass Clef, Tenor Clef and Treble Clef. So, maybe the T-shirt is for those who play at the dusty end? As for the three string bass with five tuners... Damn those creative artists! Quote
jensenmann Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Clearly, this shirt is a call to solo in the highest registers all the time. 2 Quote
