Haven’t had chance to try it out yet, but if it’s half as good as my internet research suggests, then I think I’ll be happy. All part of my master plan of splitting my acoustic/double bass board from my electric board, as both of my bands move towards silent stages. 4 Quote

This is quite an investment & their is a steep learning curve to this particular pre..So i trust you get the best results for your outlay...( Take other preamps out of its signal path to hear just what it is imparting upon your tone) Quote

bassist_lewis Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago (edited) This showed up last week... It's intended for guitar but actually sounds great on bass. I added the 'deep' option as the website said it was better for bass but I found when at volume you get that 'wub wub' sound that doesn't work for me. Otherwise it's great, a warmer/darker tone compared to the Walrus Audio Julia, closer to my 80s Boss CE-2B, but with more range in the speed and depth. And I now have the wankiest pedalboard known to man. Edited 20 hours ago by bassist_lewis 4 Quote

Its great, pretty much a Moog MF101 with a few more controls and a board friendly footprint. 1 hour ago, admiralchew said: What a claim! Love it. Do you have a photo of the whole thing? 5 Quote

I am using exactly the same as you. 3 Leaf Oct M3.33, Doom2 (is that from last summer Gray type thing glows in the dark? Thats the one I have) and finished off with the IE XD. It just sounds amazing, very impressed. Quote
