Looking at what the MS-70CDR+ has, I may well opt for that rather than the 60B+ - like the difference between the HX Effects and HX Stomp. It’s a multi effects unit that has most the effect types that every multi effect unit this millennium has had. they have split their line so can sim and irs are a different product, but that shouldn’t bother him as he says that’s only a small number of users… Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just watched enough to see what his gripe was. The MS-50G has over 20 amp sims so it does seem reasonable to think that the G+ would have some too. As @LukeFRC says, there will be an IR pedal (MS-80IR+) which means Zoom will be able to sell twice as many pedals to those who want amp sims as well as effects, although if the aftermarket utility that allows you to move effects to pedals that they weren't originally intended for can be made to work on the Plus range, that can be overcome. I wish it could drive headphones properly. There's a simple mod you can do to make the 2nd output stereo so a basic rechargeable headphone amp would work, can't see a headphone out on the new one unfortunately.
