Sod the new year celebrations , I'm gonna be glued to this vote :D
Tongue in cheek I asked Lurksalittle to come on and cast her vote , in true daughter style , she told me that she would have to listen to them all and vote for the best , and that would NOT be mine :D

VOTING ENDS AT MIDNIGHT!

If you're staying in tonight, then warm-up with the Basschat Challenge and cast your votes.

It's a bit like Jules' Hootenany, only with a touch less boogie and a double dose of woogie.

Oh and happy New Year y'all! :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!

Well done to Lurks on the win - great track mate :D - and congratulations to everyone else. Not one entry shy of votes.

We have one winner and three tied in second place (Bastav, Bilbo and yours truly), so we'll have to do something creative with the prizes... I'll get on to that tomorrow. After a fry up.

All the best for the year ahead...

Wow , a snapshot at about now is on the one hand fantastic many thanks, as I appear to have pipped it by one vote, but on the other hand tinged with a touch of disappointment.
By now, Douglas (Dad3353) would have thrown a certificate at me , but as is obvious by his lack of an entry, he is not well, and seriously not well .
I would like him to get better and sort my certificate out , to make it a bit more official !
So many thanks to all who voted for my efforts and a big hug to Doug

Ed to add cheers Paul , I take too long typing on my phone ! Edited by lurksalot

Note to self: next time, choose a cover that people might ACTUALLY have heard of...

And again, all the best to Douglas, wishing you a speedy recovery.

Now, where is the January picture?
I've nudged The Boy and Lord Sausage (November's winners) about supplying us with a photo to kick off the new year.

As soon as I hear from them we'll be up and running :)

The 'Dinner with Dad3353' will have to wait another day or two, unfortunately, but do drop in next time you're passing through and I'll see what I can rustle up.
Thanks to all for the good wishes; every little helps. Sorry, I've listened to none of the entries, but well done, everyone, for entering into the spirit of it all; I'll try to do better next month. Inch'Allah.
