Anyone interested in a mint condition CV60 Pbass with a John East P-Retro preamp, so that I could buy a lovely G&L L2000T off another basschatter? :-)

£275 + delivery.

The P-retro is £200 on its own!

I'm so bad...;-)

Indeedy.

I could probably trade this bass for another... anything interesting in your stable you might want to trade? ;)

Will post pics tonight when I get home.

When I bought it I started a thread on the Basses subforum, so you can see what it looked like then, before the P-Retro, including tags etc... and incidentally... this is the very bass Thomann used as a model for their website. If you search for the fiesta red CV60 Precision in Thomann... the bass you see is the very one I have got. They even sent me a studio picture of it and a note about it. I am not sure I still have it, but I will look for it, and if I have it it will be included with the bass. I posted a picture of that picture on the aforementioned thread, if you are curious... :)

I thought I'd add here a couple of threads I started when I bought this bass.

First one when I bought it:
http://basschat.co.uk/topic/129636-thomann-squier-precision-classic-vibe-nice-bass/

Second one, when I bought and installed the P-Retro preamp:
http://basschat.co.uk/topic/132430-squier-precision-cv-series-with-john-east-p-retro-preamp-first-impressions/

and now some pictures I just made:

It shows the picture Thomann sent me , the thumbrest I removed (screws labelled in masking tape next to it), and the charger for the preamp.

It looks a bit more orangey than it is, because I took the pictures without flash and didn't use colour correction properly, so there's a bit too much red component to the pictures. But I am sure you have seen the "fiesta red" colour before. :)
