Well need to try and get as close as I can to Andy roukes bass tone, we are covering the headmaster ritual , really need to do it justice, as have always admired his playing, each one is like a symphony in itself !

Ah! That's another BC issue. Not all your content will show up in My Content, and new content on old threads belonging in My Content will not show up on the first page of My Content despite the new content being ... like ... new ...
It's just one of those things. The forum software is not perfect.

Taken in the recording studio on Sunday.
Had a fabulous time, really enjoyed myself!
I've named this picture "Being a Bassist makes me Laugh"

Ahh! Thought it was, great guy, say hi from me ( Gavin)
The headmaster ritual by the smiths, love radio heads version of it they do n the studio, think they must of just been mucking around between recording tracks, but it just sounds so good IMO

Glad I'm not the only one that thought this sounded a bit too good for a straight-up live recording.

So do you think it's been messed about with after? Or recorded that way with effects on the night?
It is a killer for sure sc! I started to learn it, but must admit it got pussed to one side in favour of more user friendly songs, must look at it again at some stage!
I have two 4x10s trace cabs, most of the time one is fine, but for larger places I take the two and set them up opposites sides of the stage, I did wonder when I was setting up the other night if it would make a difference out front if they were just on top of each behind me ?
