1. Hi, Just spotted this for sale on an Irish website, I have never played or seen one, but perhaps someone here on the forum might be interested. Short link: http://www.adverts.ie/642165 Cheers Andrew
2. Have a free bump for a fantastic bass at a great price, used to own one just like (but a 1994 if I remember)
3. What a beauty... Have a free bump... if I didn't have my heart set on a Pre EB Ray this would be a serious contender.
4. Over the years I've hand many different cases from flight cases to SKB cases to rack cases etc. No matter what, you definately want to protect your gear, if your head can be rack cased, than that is the most practical, not the most expensive and protective way to go... IMO...you could try the flightcase warehouse, I think that they do second hand/ reconditioned cases... Cheers Andrew
5. Hi Surfer01, Don't have a Yamaha, but do have an immaculate and beautiful sounding Azola Bug EUB if you were interested? Cheers Andrew

8. I used to own a 3 series BMW, so if you have a 7 series it should be no hassle. I moved my 3/4 bass in soft case around just fine, just drop back the front passenger seat (so that it's headrest is more or less on the back seat, slide in your double bass through the passenger door, the scroll should sit nicely between the two rear headrests, and clip the seat belt around and away you go... BTW I now own a ford focus hatch back and you can fit a double bass and full ampeg stack (flightcased) in... Cheers Andrew
9. Cheers aonindy, Thanks for the tip... Andrew
10. Bump for a great bass, I have it's twin brother...
11. Yeah, Had one of those on Friday night, got a call at six in the evening, mind you they did tell me the set list, but soundchecks were at eight and onstage for ten, so had a really quick listen on you tube, just to get the 'feel' for the songs and basically busked it from there, was a great night though, lots of dancin'... Cheers Andrew

14. Hi, I know of another Phil Jones Briefcase owner who had a similar problem (Tony Thompson - Luthier) if I remember, this is going back four years ago, he contacted Phil Jones directy and they had the problem sorted for him within five working days... I know this is not the answer you were hoping for... but, it might point you in the right direction. Tony was absolutely delighted with PJB for their 1st class aftersales... Cheers Andrew
