an amp that goes down to 4 ohms a side should be cool, genz benz 1200 watt kinda thing... i used to use my GBE 750 with a 4ohm and an 8 ohm cab, which would probably provide a similar load as 2 x 5.3 ohms cabs i think

Heres something i have been agonising over selling for quite a while. I bought this bass secondhand when i was 15, now 6 years later i think it maybe time for it to go. Since my Sandberg days about 4 years ago, and now its Shuker time, this bass has been sat in its case gathering dust, so maybe its time it found a new home. Its a slightly metallic red with white pickguard. BAD STUFF As you will all probably sympathise, this bass has done a lotta of gigs, and has been through many "fads" in the way i have myself When i had it it was already i bit dented, but then it did a tour of germany with me... where in a forty piece jazz band it had a couple of knocks shall we say due to the number of people moving around on stage (kids running about mainly). When i discovered marcus miller, i bought pickup and bridge covers for it. The pickup cover is on, but the bridge cover is off as ive lost the screws. One screw unfortunately rounded off, so a small bit of screw is in there. Fender hardcase and strap with locks are included. Maybe you'll like the vintage look and feel (it certainly does feel broken in..) or maybe you'd like to give it a refinsh, up to you... but will anybody give my faithful first bass a home? Lets say 375, but im happy to receive offers. Or Trade for A nice combo with money from me Paypal, bank transfer, check or cash. Postage, collection, or i'll meet you up to an hours drive from me.

The shop i work at is a markbass dealer.. i think we would send it to proel (the distributors) 90% of the time as all being digital theres not a lot we can do in the shop.. I'm not too familiar with the micromark... could you run another 6inch speaker off it and see if it reacts the same?

Hi there My Clearout continues.. so here is a pre Ebay giveaway! Electro Harmonix Bass Micro Synth - £100 Older style larger unit with power supply, box and manual. Has done a fair few gigs, but is fully functional. All sliders are working and functional etc... This unit has been modded, so that there is now an LED for when the effect is on or off. Its very well done, and a great addition to the unit. Selling because i have a moog for synth parts now. Cons This unit has done a ton of gigs, so the casing is a bit scratched up. There is velcro on the bottom for attaching to a pedalboard, and a thin strip of velcro on the top (its the fluffy side i think, i was gonna use to attach a protective cover thing that i never got round to making. Electro Harmonix Bass big muff pi - £30 Recent reissue of big muff. Nice fuzzy pedal, cheap, but works well. I actually prefer this pedal to the ZVEX wooly mammoth i used to use. In good condition with box and manual cons Velcro on the bottom, overall in good condition. MXR dyna Comp £40 Great compressor pedal, one of the red ones. Works especially well with a passive bass. Comes with box and speed knobs already fitted. cons Velcro on the bottom, and the normal soft pad on the bottom of an mxr pedal has been taken off so the velcro sticks better. TREX tone trunk 55 pedalboard - £50 Great pedalboard, room for about 10 boss size pedals i think.. same design as a pedaltrain, just without the mountings for the powersupply. Comes with a great gigbag, and some velcro for attaching more pedals. 100+ new. cons Velcro has already been spread across the rails, but it is done well. One foot is missing, but i can get another if you want it. Some velcro and tape on the underside, for when i mounted a power supply underneath (which is free with this board) so technically you are getting a powered pedalboard. Soundlab power supply - Free if you buy the lot! with velcro on the top to mount underneath the pedalboard, giving you more space! payment is bank transfer or paypal, or cash on collection, and i am willing to ship for a bit of money which we can discuss. £200 for everything! then you are getting the power supply and the big muff for a tenner!!!! pictures tommorrow
