1. Welcome - enjoy the site!
2. Jeezo - these are really solid basses. Had a chat with a salesman from GG yesterday and he was talking about how his band bass player plays his basic BB414 over his P-bass. Great sounding and got a bit if P and J!
3. Beautiful! I am skint. And now depressed! Best of luck selling that!
4.
Also, just thought. The Japanese manufacturers like Ibanez and Yamaha don't do this kind of multiple brand approach; you can go out and buy a £200 Yamaha and a £2500 Yamaha, they just have different model designations and it works beautifully for them. Same for Ibanez, they just stick Prestige or Premium of Gio on the model name and don't have a compeltely different go-to-maket scheme. I find it much easier and personally I do not have a problem owning a bass that costs £2500 when it has £200 siblings with the same name on the headstock and seemingly not many people do judging by Yamaha and Ibanez sales of their high-end instruments.
I'd agree with this. Don't understand Squier at all. Particularly with the Modern Player Series now.
