I was going to suggest a clone of my current set-up, as it would appear to tick all of your boxes... but then you say you don't want Markbass or "boutique" (whatever that means!). My LMII into two 8 ohm Bergantino HS210s would seem to be you perfect rig. It certainly works for me Any reason for the dislike of MB amps? I like clean and simple, and I've tried a few in the last year or so. The MB give me the tonal control I want without any unnecessary features (I leave the filters alone!). It certainly sounds good through the Bergs.

As Benebass stated above really... Tom bought my GK MB800. He paid extremely quickly and turned up at my door to collect it! An extremely hassle-free deal and a nice guy to boot. I would recommend him wholeheartedly
