I was lucky saw the Hillage band twice,thinks now time for a gong type play

the thing I always hear from our guitard,oh sorry had no time,,,he does not work... and why goes he arrive at gigs after every thing has been dragged in??

that took some reading made me want a beer,as for drinking at rehearsal,tea coffee ect is fine,as you get older and gig for real cash the shows have to be good,so sober I think is best,plus drink driving is a big no no...( this is from a guy who would turn up at a rehearsal and gigs totaly plastered befor a note was played.)

yes I had this book did not get on with it...to difficult ...turned to bass....Haha Thanks Bert

do the gig you will have a ball,they are no pressure gigs these, I do one every year at a local fireworks,we have now get free beer and food,go have a good time,.

Yes dep is a way to go, I have done some fantastic gigs over the years,there is no pressure,turn up and play,on a few occasions the whole band bar one was deps,the best type of band ??

ditto .... been there, I suppose its the lack of recognition I hate,you do everthing,and get to clear the gear as well ,whilest the singer guitarist have thier egos pampered,but thats a whole new thread, rant over....

I like the show..sometimes,what a long 30 mins that was,,,please get better...

daftest one was depping for a well known band,yes knew the song,great it started with bass and vocal...on the wrong string,it was real bad for about ten seconds,the realization,the sick feeling..One more..one of those gigs where fuses and plugs get trodden on,had used the spares...the was an old keyboard at the back of the stage area,I stole the plug ,did the sound chech all ok,then the management inform me about a half time act..yes youve already got it ,,,,a keyboard player,,

what no mustang Sally?, I just wish that I was closer, great set list,would love to play these.... but best of luck Michael
