1. I'm slowly converting my whole band over to OBBM cables
2. Don't trade your MIM P in. Sell it here for a much better price.
3. I have some spare, maybe we could work out a deal between the three of us? J
4. Logo looks ace mate. I'm really glad you decided to do that.
5. Thanks guys, I really like this bass. I think I'm a Jazz Bass Guy at heart

7. Cool as ever, Ste
8. Tony, they get a lot of love - especially the Timefactor and the pitchfactor. I understand that one of the downsides of the Modfactor is that you can only have one of those glorious effects running at and one time.

New tune

Been playing with these guys for a few months. Here's our first recording. There's not a lot of bass playing, just what the song needs. There are others where I can kick it off more. It'd be good to hear some opinions. Joe.
10. Blue LEDs sound better, but give you cancer. Small trade off.
11. I'd say around there. Let us know how it sounds!
12. I couldn't resist the sun today to show off my new Alleva LG-5.
13.
That's an understatement! I've been looking at these out of interest and can't understand why they are so expensive. A wooden box, a single 12" speaker and a power amp. Where does the price come from? Don't these list at around fifteen hundred quid?
Yes. But then a Ferrari is just a bunch of bent metal, using technology invented in the late 1800s.
14.
"As per title. Can't really be bothered anymore. Message ends." and "I appreciate everybody's advice and good will but I think we are reading a bit too much into it. I have been playing bass for 25 years and I am currently a bit bored with it." .. why did you bother starting a thread if you we're not being solicitous of a possible solution? Did you really mean "bored"? I heard a phrase once that stuck with me, "only boring people get bored". Not saying that applies to you.
I'm glad someone pointed that out. I was worried it was going to have to be me. Again.
15. I love my IP112ER and EX112ER. They sound great. Not cheap or light tho.
16. Do a professional re-finish. Seriously!
17.
I am currently leaning towards selling my gear (I don't really like it anyway) and getting a strat.
Do it.
18. It really does sound great with the F1-X.
19. This is going to be a great project. Have you found someone to refinish it for you? Consider Wizard pickups? They get a lot of love here.
20.
I love this bass - couldn't put it down Bob's an absolute gentleman too - so buy with complete confidence.
+1. I love this bass. If I hadn't just bought another I'd be after this Roscoe.
21. I run one of these with my IP112 rig and it sounds fantastic. I also record with it, where it sounds equally good.
22. I'd personally bring the pickup closer to the G string on the G side.
23.
I think a good idea for people with interests is to just bid.
That's probably a good idea for you, but unfortunately it's against the rules of our forum.
