1. Paging Eddy to thread, Eddy to the thread!
2. I think you're all chasing hopes that aren't there, personally. But what do I know?
3. Hi Garry, thank you for your input I appreciate it very much. I'm getting mixed up in my nomenclature - I ment mini. This one: What benefit would I get from the Presonus/cubase over the Mbox/protools? I assume you'll say that Cubase is quite simple and protools is way too complex for a causal user?
4. I want to seperately record myself and my guitarist and then mix the two " instrument tracks" together and output them as a single MP3 to send to the drummer and vocalist so they can hear and comment on them. We can all also use the MP3s as a practice tool. Mbox seems to be decent hardware and Pro Tools is the definitive recording software, right? Is there a good reason Mbox 2 worth another £50 over Mbox Micro, or for my application will micro be enough? Cheers, Joe.

Distortions

It's largely fuzz circuits that don't like low impedance active signals. Distortion circuits tend not to care too much.
6. Nice! Congrats
7. It's clearly a studio effect.
8. I really, REALLY rate the UL310.
9. I played this bass at Music Live and it was fantastic. A real bargain at this price too.
10.
Bare in mind that in my case, Joe, he was hit by the floods which delayed him considerably
I wasn't aware of that - and it changes my position considerably!
11. It's pretty lame to quote 12 weeks and take 7 months. That's twice as long as quoted. If I did that in my job people wouldn't use my company anymore. "Being busy" isn't a good enough excuse for taking twice as long as quoted to finish the project. This isn't Wembly
12. Sold. Thanks.
13. You won't make a warmoth for £300. Promise.
14. I certainly picked up some GAS.
15. Si, you're welcome to come to Leeds and try out the cab any time - bring your rig / basses or use mine Joe.
16. I can categorically state that this is in direct response to my visit to the Bass Direct stand at the NEC today. I think an NV610 will match my Aguilar DB750 fantastically well. I don't think that the Berg cabs are better than the Epifani cabs, and I think the UL310 is a masteripiece of cab design; but I'm a young guy in a very very noisy band and there's only so long I'll be able/interested in carting a 100lb 610 around for - so now is the time to make the change.
Oooh. a twin to mine. I must resist the gas. I must resist temptation.
Feel free to give in any time Dave
17. Thanks Mr Bassman! Joe.
18.
I only use one effect though - VOLUME!
Oh, I like it. I like it alot.
19.
Hi, my reasonable is likely different to your reasonable, is likely different to Flea's resonable - if you set a budget I'm sure someone will help.

i did in the sub title but to save confusion £300 max, sub £200 ideal
Sorry for being a nugget.
20. Hi, my reasonable is likely different to your reasonable, is likely different to Flea's resonable - if you set a budget I'm sure someone will help.
21. Jai, can you put any money to it? I'm thinking about my Warwick SS1V
22. I'll be there with Diago James.
23.
In my opinion, if a seller is planning to share out or lump all the fees on the buyer, the item description should notify this.
You dont see any listings with that info because it violates ebay's T&C.
24. I've used some rubbish in rehersal rooms... thank god I can drive now - I get to take my rig to practice and everything is well with the world
