I have had a UK-made LB30 and LB212 cab for two weeks now. Absolutely love it and am astonished at how loud it can get. One word: TONE

I picked one of these basses up from The Gallery a couple of weeks ago to use in the Jam/Weller band I joined a few months back. I have to say, I am [i]really[/i] impressed with it. It's very well put together, with excellent fit and finish. The weight is good (just a shade under 10lbs) with no neck dive, no dead spots. The neck is chunky but fast. It sounds great passive, but I had Alex put a P Retro in it anyway, and it is an absolute tone monster. Amazing what you can get for under £400 these days... Gareth

Well, I used my LB30 head and LB212 cab at rehearsal for the first time; one word: Wow. With my P-Retro'd Squier Matt Freeman in active mode into the "High" input, I only had the volume at 9 o'clock and it sounded huge. Seriously happy with the amp and cab. I had been tempted to get two of the VS212, 8 ohm versions of esentially the same cab, but I'm not sure I'll need to move much more air than this. And all from a 30 watt amp. Incredible...

Sold a cab to Brian. Top gent with fast payment and great communication. Recommended.

Bought Luke's Bassbone (my third, will I ever learn?). Great communication and a pleasure to deal with.

The Phil Jones [url="http://www.philjonespuresound.com/products/?id=125"]PB300[/url] would also do this job very well.

Toby Chennell has a mate who makes custom stuff for his basses, maybe try him?

I will be very happy if it is actually rated higher!
