A very enjoyable read for a first novel. The author writes in a very conversational style which helps endear the hero to the reader. I'm very much looking forward to the sequel. The start of a franchise perhaps? 8/10

Stainless steels on a P can sound pretty aggressive.

Played a wedding gig a few years ago and had to hang a plastic bag off a guitar stand just in case I threw up. I didn't actually need it in the end. Threw up before the gig...spent the entire intermission throwing up...threw up after the gig.

I stayed away for a full year because of certain members. They appear to have gone now so I'm totally chuffed. I have never understood why some people want to turn every thread into an argument. For me personally, things are much improved.

I would improvise something with finger style and pick...but I would definitely play either Forget Me Nots or Never Too Much for the slap sound.
