2. In mass production? And when?

I'm so gutted. I read the other thread today on my phone whilst I was in bristol and then my internet failed all day until I got home just now. I first met Si when he kindly gave me and my Sunn amp a lift to a bassbash about 2 years ago. He was such a dude, a really happy and warm character. RIP Simon
8. The best looking japanese girl bassist plays in a band called Gallhammer
9. I'm going to say flea. But only in the last 10 years. Not sure if he has been mentioned yet (on phone so haven't read full thread).
10. I know it can't go passive but what about a set of EMG's and an Aguilar? 9V each. I reckon that would sound awesome.
11. I tried the natural 5 string UV Metro in brum guitar guitar. Also a Lakland 5er the one with a musicman pickup. The Sadowsky sounded so much better. A much tighter sounding B but it was £900 more.
12. You might be right there. I love my BAII on my P-bass. I could definately hear a difference. Only small but it was an improvemen IMO
13. Just looked on the site and it's not on there now. I can't remember that last time I looked on there
14. Guitar parts resource did a P bridge cover to go over a badass II.
15. I'm really not into the look and paint job of the subs tbh. Also even though I said I liked trad shapes I remembered how much I like the look of Nathan East's Yamaha BBNE2. Would that be in my bracket and has anyone owned one?
16. I thought about Veils bass but I think I'd prefer a more trad shape like a Jazz. I've always been prone to Leo Fender shapes incl Musicman and G&L.
17.
You could do a lot worse than this very nice Lakky DJ5. I'd have it myself if I had the moolah.
i'd like your Shuker. was that a 5? and yes that DJ is lovely
I would buy it and replace the Chinese valves with superior Russian valves
also you have missed the point of the thread. the whole point was finding out if putting different model preamp valves in different position's makes a huge change for the better in tone. this is a common practice with valve amps.
21.
You would until you were playing at a well paid wedding and a solder joint came undone!
if i was in a wedding band i'd defo have a backup

23. It powers up and goes into some kind of error mode with multiple lights on and no sound. Contacts etc have been cleaned etc
