Nash Basses
Anyone on here own a Nash bass? How do they compare against the Fender Road Worn? Do they justify the price? General thoughts? Sorry for all the questions! Just being nosey! lol Thanks!
the nash stuff is old Fender stock and all parts AFAIK
2.
Did you not rip your fingers off along the sharp fret edges? I thought it was particularly bad on that example.
i didn't really notice tbh. i was too busy just listening to the tone and thinking about getting hold of my dad's USA jazz and putting a sadowsky pre in it with some nice pickups.
3. I went with a friend to pickup his custom Suhr guitar. So we took the opportunity to try some guitars. I tried a Sadowsky since I'd never played one. I tried a Metro jazz in black with pearl blocks and maple fretboard. Thoroughly awesome. I didn't realise they were MIJ basses until I saw the sticker. I definitely want one now.
4. I've always liked 110 for drop C.
5. (trade pending) M13 is such a good pedal. I'm after an M9 so I'll take a trade with some cash my way. Comes with box, power supply and manual. £250 + p&p Whammy is in good condition with non official power supply will get pics up asap £100 posted
6. gate the kick mic
7. Better cables and a good power supply will do it. Also don't cross signal and power cables. A gate should only really be used if you've gone hi gain.
8. did you not think about where you'd put your power supplies before you bought the PT?
9. £150 for the pedal power 2 isn't bad considering there's supplies out there for around the same price which aren't as good. plus it has completely isolated outputs and does 24V DC.

11. is it the voodoo labs stuff that fits underneath a PT?
12. no roasted maple fretboard? looks awesome
13. i played a sterling ray when i went to dublin a few months back and it was horrible. they hadn't rolled the edges on the fretboard and it felt nothing like a ray should.
14. i wish i had the dosh to get this beauty back
