Hi all I was thinking my 410 HLF was sounding very dark, almost wooly even with judicious use of mids and highs from the head and it got me to thinking the horn had blown. Then I see theres a couple of lightbulb "fuses" in the crossover to protect it! I know this thread has been covered elsewhere but does anyone know what type of bulbs they are, and can I order them somewhere rather than from Ampeg Direct? I suspect they may be J6 and J7 car bulbs but I could be very wrong!!! Thanks.

would never take a spare cab, I have DI out on my preamp pedal so if the speaker, or more likely, the amp were to blow, I just DI to the PA. Surely everyone plays with a PA right?

Its very bright and punchy, seems good for slap. The small metal switch selector is I think for single coil or the full humbucker, still early days getting to know it!
