No one deserves to get conned. Speaking as one who bought a spector euro 5 for a little over 200 quid last year, there are still bargains to be had out there. You just have to tread carefully.

Poster "Alexa Connell" is bogus and asks prospective buyers to send a photo of a ukash receipt. It's a well established con but this is the first time I've seen a bass being used for this purpose.     Mel, If its anything like mine, I very much doubt you'll find a lighter 5 string. And it's 35" scale. Balances really well with a neck that's really comfortable and fast. Im a passive bass fan really so I don't know if I'll ever gig mine again unless it's necessary, but I can't seem to bring myself to move it on just now. I'm sure I'd regret it of I did.

    Steve, Can you confirm that this only requires 4 holes? Even better would you have a photo? If so I may be interested in using it to replace the tonepump in my spector. Joe
