Wow, that is stunning? Can I interest you in a fretless '62 re-issue Jazz Bass plus cash?
Used to mine & it is every bit as nice as the pics suggest, I only parted with it to get the California PM version, it plays beautifully & there's not a mark on it, Jack is also a top bloke to do business with.
Lets start a family? NO! It's the initial run before they added the block inlays etc. It's beautiful, so get over it.
I had a go on this when doing a trade on something else, looks lovely & a also great bit of wood, if I wasn't skint.....!
I am trying Derrick but I seem to have an addiction! looks like I may have to sell the American Jazz and possibly my Marcus Miller! I am running out of packing cases! YOu watch a Fretless Wal or Musicman will appear now! Arrghh!
I know, there's been that really nice looking Wal up recently but I cant run to it without flogging something & I quite like the ones I've got at the mo! if you like the Sandberg JM you should have a rip on the PM's, nice! Good news about the job!
Blimey, that went fast!! If I could raise £600 that quick I'd have been all over this. Enjoy your new bass Steve!!
Go on Steve, you know it makes sense! I had one of these & they are stonking basses, this is also a decent price.
Wow! Looks great. Seems a very good price for an Overwater. What are the controls? And how would you describe the neck depth?(ie precision, jazz etc)
This bass used to be mine & I too had to sell it to pay off a Sadowsky credit card bill! It is an absolutely stonking bass, great neck & seriously ballsy sound, every bit as good as the pics & description suggest. Also worth mentioning that Steve is a good bloke to deal with & you'll get a hassle free transaction.

FT Markbass 210 traveller for 4ohm 15" cab
giblett123 replied to pal1972's topic in Amps and Cabs For Sale
as it says really, i'm looking for a trade: my markbass 210P (traveller) for ideally the markbass 1x15 traveller cab (if they do a 4ohm version???) or would consider any other very light 15" cab. needs to be beefy though i'm using an ashdown LG1000 head and i need all the watts i can get!!! Anyone got anything interesting?? possibly would consider the Eden Nemesis N410RS 4 ohm but i'd really like something small and portable though!
Are you selling as well? is there a cash price for this? -
You can't beat a bit of waving....... It does have position markers on the top of the neck.
I had fretlless one of these, whoever buys this won't be disappointed, tone, build quality, playability are all top drawer & I was an idiot to let it go! did one really go for under £400 on ebay? OMG!
Sounds interesting. I'm not too bad thanks. Loving the Status and everything was going well until my playing activities came to a grinding halt a couple of weeks ago after a pretty nasty health scare. On the road to recovery and new challenges now though. Still enjoying the GB?
Blimey!
This is one of my old basses and is a superb instrument to play, the neck was refretted by a great luthier and plays like butter (!) At that price, this bass is an absolute steal, someone buy this before I have it back!
It is nice to play & sounds great, lowest action I've ever had!
