1. Just really expensive lol, any similar alternatives? Si
2. OBBM - If you have another standard power cable for a pedal board, standard female to female, (power block to pedal) say 8 inches, right angle if possible? I'm also wanting to redo my patch cables on my pedal board, but i'd preferably want little connectors similar to George L style ones?! Guessing you don't have anything like that?! Cheers Si
3. Mines kinda changing too....well getting better organised really, with at least one addition...MAYBE two if I can fit it huh shep My problem at the moment is just arrangement, I'm using big chunky patch cables, what are you using Shep? the connectors seem pretty small, still decent quality cabling I assume? Cheers Si
4. Sounds great, but the chime goes 13 times?! lol....meant to? haha Si
5.
Anything over 25 years old is considered vintage.
This Si
6. Please state a price asap or the listing will be removed. Thanks Si
7. Not yet Got my Slow Gear (yeah I got an old Boss one) to go on first, then I'll see what space I can muster. Think I'll need a new power supply first, only got 5 outputs from my Juicy Lucy Si
8.
Yes - but it wouldn't work, and if it did you'd of cut the tap tempo off! Man up and buy a Slicer or Murf!
But there's no ROOOOMMMMM Hmmmm, are you using a Murf instead of your Slicer now then? Si
9.
Ah... It seems there are 2 versions! I'd never seen the 2 footswitch version before. That version also has an extra knob on it. The version I've seen lots of demos of does not have the tap. Still not as useful as something that has clearly defined presets though...
I feel you might be right Hmmm.... could I cut one in half? Si

Hi Whereabouts are you? You mentioned two problems, but only mentioned the missing screw. Also what is the weight? Cheers Si
14. Yeah I had a great time when I visited last week , I think I'll probably pop over next saturday too. Some very cool basses, the kind that lots of people often just see in pictures, so nice to see them within touching distance. My fave out of all of them was a Zon Sonus fretless 4, extremely playable and sounded like a fretless should! The Foderas look great, but I have to say (and this is simply personal preference), I was slightly underwhelmed by the AC's Each to their own huh Cheers Barrie, and I hope I'll catch Phil next time too Si
15. Yup, am watching this....lush isn't it Don't think I'd buy blind, but don't think he'll answer my question about whether he's ever in london with it Si
16. Are there any pedals that do similar things to a Slicer? I'm not really interested in presets, just tap and that real quick (adjustable) delay result The reason I ask is because the Slicer is bloody huge lol Cheers Si
17. Wow, beautiful bass I have some cash saved up, but nowhere near enough I'm afraid lol I agree though, vintage stuff, take a photo of everythingggggg Good luck, its a stunner Si
18. Hi all, Billy has asked me to close this as he feels everything has been said, and the original issue has been sorted. Thanks to everyone for sharing their thoughts and for Alex for coming forward to comment. Long may Bass Shops exist to hear their customers feedback Cheers Si
19. Ah my Fender's aren't going anywhere The Zon sounded exactly like a fretless should but I've no use for one really. Singlecuts.....they're my guilty pleasure, LOVE them lol Si
20. How schmexual are these two? I tried the Zon at BassGear last week, twas lovely. The Fodera is just off their website, 4 string SingleCuts ftw Si
21. Done Have fun with it Si
22. PM'd Si
23. Seriously, how many of you think this is a genuine?? I definitly think he's doing it firmly tongue in cheek......you can hear the guy can play well from the little bits he does Chill out Si

Tech 21 VT Bass

Cheers for the suggestions all, I literally borrowed it and went straight to a gig so had limited time during setup to have a play......and I got frustrated lol. Will play a bit more with the level, character control and drive and report back. Si

Tech 21 VT Bass

Only just saw the other replies after I did mine. Yes, I can see the benifit of driving a power-amp with that juice, but as jonny mentioned, utterly useless in front of a 'regular' setup. Could take the knob off to stop it being knocked, but still doesn't make the range of the control pretty useless Cheers though Si
