    Since taking this off hold 36 hours ago, I've had several part trade offers, some close, some ludicrous. I've had one cash offer of £1500 which is too low. Sadly Rick's seem to attract dreamers so that's my terms, frankly I'm sick of being let down (not on here, but elsewhere).

    Seen them before Chris, fairly sure they were non export Japan but they crop up occasionally. That's a BIG price, but they are rare here.

    The rumours & speculation I've come across is they are Fender Aerodyne Factory Special Run & appeared very briefly on the Fender USA site, only to vanish quickly. Not the first time they've played that card! Presumably Fender Japan if they are Aerodyne. Possibly leaked before being released next winter NAMM? Anybody got anything concrete?

    The string packet states "long scale" 🙂 Thanks Lawrence, lovely indeed. Thomann are quoting "several months" wait for a new Ultra. Anderton's are stating "pre-order". What's the odds on a price increase as well? (yes I know that's speculation).

    Many thanks Lawrence, hope you are good. With the current situation with new Fender USA basses & speculation over the future of them, with what's happening in Corona, I'm going to leave this up for a couple more days then probably put it "under the bed" for a couple of years.

    Cheers Matt, so am I, although there have been several trade offers for gear that's not required. You are of course correct. I'm happy now to discuss a sale & catch a Jazz when one comes up.
