  1. Never noticed any mid-scoop on any of my passive basses. I think a lot has to do with the pickups and the electronics involved. YMMV
  2. After Forever - Black Sabbath
  3. Black Sabbath - Reunion Electro Hippies - Live
  4. Sleepwalk - Ultravox
  5. Helix LT Sorry, I should expand on this. Both offer great potential, however, both are compromised. The HX Stomp by it's size and connectivity options, and the POD Go by it's lack of some features found on the Helix and limited connectivity. The big plus point of the POD Go over the Stomp is that you have more footswitch options, as well as the Expression pedal. Still torn between the POD Go & the Helix LT though. However, I'll have to stick with the trusty POD HD500x.
  6. Questions and Answers - Biffy Clyro

  11. Space Ritual: Hawkwind
  12. Slayer - South of Heaven tour. Played my three favourite songs first. Left at the end of the fourth song.
  13. My old band played there with local louts Acrimony. Loud gigs: Probably too many to mention. Usually in tiny venues with massive PA's & amps.
  14. Hole in the Sky - Black Sabbath
  15. I'm pretty sure there is also an element of short scale basses appealing to guitarists who think that playing bass is easy.
  16. Summer Holiday - Cliff Richard
  17. Fabulous looking bass. GLWTS.
  18. By Tor and the Snow Dog - Rush
  19. Always found RST to be really good.
  20. Rivers of Babylon - Boney M
  21. Happiness - Ken Dodd
  22. Unfortunately, Fender don't do Stainless Roundwounds anymore. Damn fine strings they were too.
  23. Rolling in the Deep - Adele
  24. Live is Life - Opus na naaa na na na
