    There was a powered Bergantino cab in the Amps For Sale a little while ago, which looked like an excellent bit of kit. Discontinued now though. IIRC, GR Amps made a powered cab, again, discontinued. I was looking at the Barefaced site a short while ago, and they also provide a powered option on some cables, but not all. Again, IIRC, part of the Blackstar Unity range, they did a 250w 1x15 powered cab, not sure if that's still available.

    Bought this off Delberthot on Saturday, it arrived today, but unfortunately, it can't be modified to fit a 4003 (there's that hairbrained plan out of the window... Doh!). The post is 17.5mm / 11/16". I paid £65 + £5 postage (Friends & Family), and would like the same.     Recent convert to Mr Wilson's varied output here too. I went through a few of the recent albums on Spotify, and then bought the ones I liked to copy onto the USB stick in the car. I should trawl through Spotify again and find some other albums.

    Can you not tap the poles of the A string down a touch? Or alternatively, tap the poles of the other strings up a touch (though you would have to take the pickup / scratch plate off to do that)? Even though they aren't screw poles, surely they can be adjusted.

    Are you thinking about replacing the tuners on the 735? Even on things like US made Fenders and other £1000+ instruments, the adjustability of the tuners is limited, unless the manufacturer adds components which are designed as "aftermarket" items (Hipshot or Gotoh for example). The tuners on my 4003 are pretty basic affairs.

    It is indeed, but for me it's down to a number of things... One of them being finding the "right" people who want to write original material rather than doing covers or "blues/shred lead guitarists". Happy to do some covers, but only if they are interspersed in between original songs.
