    Apologies for gatecrashing the thread, but I have a question for @Sibob too 🙂 I've got an iTrack solo at the mo (not sure how old it is), and works fine but I'm getting into it a little bit more seriously. Is there much to be gained (excuse the pun) by getting a Scarlett solo? Has much changed spec-wise? Ta!

    For clarity, my comment above was specific to Sultans. I love all the band’s albums, but there’s something unique about Pick’s style that suited the band so well.

    When Pick left the band, Sultans became a bland plod, IMO. I don’t think any line-up (band or solo) has done it justice since.

    The Live at the BBC album mixes JI’s Precision a little differently - it’s right in your face. I prefer Muff Winwood’s approach...

    I tried to watch it, but the guy presenting makes me want to scoop my eyes out with a spoon. Thoughts based on what I saw: 1. It’s not that big a deal. No need to run and tell teacher. Or even make a video. 2. If you actually have to ask yourself if the right thing to do is to approach the shop first, then I question your judgement.
