    I’ve been to the Romford shop many times, they used to have a tech in there setting up basses and guitars, they seem more geared up for keyboards and mixing now, but they do have quite a few basses in there, very helpful staff

    I’m the same, I’ve never used any effects, but I did buy a sansamp tech 21 VT pedal, I don’t like the drive/ distortion but I’ve found some really good settings on it to add a nice deep reggae bassline
