    That’s a great setup , I use mine with a big baby 2 which is just right for me , a while back out of curiosity I tried my Ampeg preamp pedal through it, it really gave it a fat tone and the bass is so deep, I’ve also got a sansamp but I’ve never tried that

    Looks nice to me, I wouldn’t think about changing anything before you’ve spent some time with it , the Japanese fenders have a good reputation , I’m sure it will be great

    My 62RI jazz had a nitro finish and I was recommended the fender custom shop polish when I bought it , it wasn’t cracked or worn though, I don’t know if that would make a difference?, It says it, Contains no silicones, resins, polymers, bonding agents or alcohol Compatible with all finishes, including nitrocellulose

    Ah well done, as soon as it was listed I added it to my cart but I’m after an early precision so I didn’t go for it, they really are a fantastic jazz

    Will has got a really nice jazz elite in , I’ve already got one in ice blue and I don’t need any more basses, but it’s rather tempting edit, it’s sold already
