Wow, that guy has a nice bass, and some good fingers. 👍 I think a great sound is about 90% how you play it, and 10% what strings / amp / engineer / studio you use. ~This girl has everything:

I've just noticed this thread -- and OUCH! What a simply beautiful bass... I've never seen anything like that before (although granted, I don't get out much). I sincerely hope the repair isn't too expensive. And another vote for "RED" LEDs! 😁

I know a bloke who was in Showady, in the 80s / 90s. Incredibly busy band. One year they did something like 340 gigs. Probably needed shifts of bass players. 😌

I've just had a watch / listen to some of the "new LC" stuff. Glad I did. 👍 I could still listen to the band all day long - except for the new bass player - who clearly thinks he's really good... after all these years, Vernon Reid still looks like he misses Muzzie. 😩

Totally agree. The change was a huge disappointment. Coincidentally, I've been listening to LC again lately, after stumbling across some tracks from the "Biscuits" EP on Youtube. I last had that on a cassette tape! Wonder what ever happened to Muzzie? He was so cool.... 😎

I was in disagreement with many of the posts on here, until I reflected on how I probably would like to listen to Tina Weymouth -- if I had some special "David Byrne and his guitar cancelling" headphones.
