thanks, I noticed that: I wonder why retrovibe does short&medium scale mostly and they have only 1 bass (tele) long scale? I was very close to buy the P51 long scale they have in stock, but then I had the good bad idea to make one myself! haha

yeah ... I guess so ... I would not give any penny to Mr Vlad as things stand now ... but I was just wondering if any of you had experience with those basses: in horology, former USSR automatic wrist watches have a decent reputation in terms of robustness and precision, not same as Swiss, obviously, but good ratio price/quality, that's why I was asking 'bout them! 🙂

I guess it won't bother if it is longer, isn't it? The scale would be the same so it should not be a big issue, except, maybe, for neck diving? I dunno! Anyway ... good luck good sir, well done with experimenting !- 🙂
