To be fair they were already close to the bottom of pretty much every sensible league table where Big Nations are concerned. I feel sorry for the tens of millions whom this will affect, and despise the tens of millions who think this is Jeebus answering their Thoughts and Prayers, and the millions who did not vote for Hillary because of her emails...

Playing my longest ever gig tonight. Two sets for a total of c.2 hours. Back should be fine (debut of sub 7lb Serek Midwestern bass).

My stepson has just tested positive, 8 days before he was due to leave for his fortnight's holiday in the Maldives. They've been looking forward to it for literally years. Gutted is an understatement.

Oof. Sense of reality bypass there. I am pretty damn liberal and think prison should reform and rehabilitate as much as possible but there's a difference between Bad People (the aforementioned) and People Who Do Bad Things (the reason for most robberies, thefts etc. could be fixed with better drug education, social funding for reform and so on and so forth).

I recall the first couple of series of the original SATC being good, sharp and funny - but it quickly became pretentious and look how confused we all are once it became a 'sensation.'
The movies were a predictable mistake. The reboot is like an ageing ban's not-quite retirement tour (someone needs to pay for hip surgery...)
