I saw those 5 strings in the gallery last week & they are gorgeous, I was tempted with the offset 5 It's stunning, They are a lot of bass for the money
yeah i tried the offset and didnt get on wityh it that much although i was very tired and had missus in the car!! i like the through neck one so gonna try it when i take the 4 in as the frets need a little roll around, glad you are well dude z
 2. thanks for youre kind comments, i wasnt sure with the 4 but the bass is beutiful to play and its the closest ive ever had to a new bass , there isnt a mark on it, yeah all the six is beutiful, im after a nice sei 5 now, and there are 5 in the gallery at the moment!!! I was gonna trade something with cash for one but now trading that bass with cash for a different 5, but im really tempted to sell/ trade my spector usa5 to get a sei 5. seis ......... are just beutiful. heres a odd thing i wonder why second hand seis arent as dear as other second hand basses , ? ie gallery = 2nd hand erou lx 5£ 149, warwicks £1800.00to 3000.00, f basss etc ... then you look how beutiful the seis are and they are all under £2000.00... odd! anyway im happpy with my two and am looking forward to getting a sei 5 at some point to complimemnt the two!!

 19.
I would imagine that there is a fair degree of skill needed to get the best out of the Art ( just as there is to be able to drive an FI CAR , compared with your average saloon )) It's strength is the very broad pallette of ( Analogue and Digital ) sounds it is capable of producing. BTW, It is also a useful valve driven preamp, giving nice overdriven sounds, even if you don't use the effects. It is earlyish effects technology, and won't be for everybody, but they have their fans, are getting increasingly difficult to find. This is the SE model, not the earlier one, and as such, has many more instantly useable preset effects, that can the easily be fine tuned to your taste, if all you want to do is flick through the manual, and not bother to learn the nuances of this great bit of kit ! Marmite ?
kool man i love marmite! i get youre drift, cheers for reply zig
