Obviously not[/quote] hmmm i think the sei may be longer than 34 but they are long scale double ball ends sorry to be a knob but how do you measure the scale of a bass?

Hi Guys and girls and "those that can go either way", bought some trace elliot double ball end strings to re string my sei 6 headless and the seem like they are a whole first fret too short!!!!!!!! i have a abm brigde on the sei so i know you have to take the pin out etc . but do these type of string actually strecth a fret size before they are in tune, i dont wana waste a set of strings as ill resell them!!!!!! help please !x

yea i got a chech 4 ita lovely, wana try and get a five but themn ill have two fivers is that too indulgent , although the spectors seem to be used alot in rock! ta for replys, although as i said you can get a custom build second hand on here for 1000/1500 so is it worth waiting till a nice custom comes along? !!!!!

ha yeap great answer i had a warwick thumb and a dolphin sn5 with a peizo, shame my thumb was neck heavey but i do miss the balance of my dolhpin!!!!

the topic says it all!! i have a euro lx 4, with the chech tonepump in it and its beutiful, its an old one so it has solid maple wings. just wondered why second hand a fives are still worth 800 to a grand as a basic model and are they woorth the money ? (seeing as there are shukers,yamahas etc from 500 to 13000 quid on here) ha now im asking are the american spectors that much better?

used my spector last night and the baby just was awesome, i wont be Degrading the circutary!!! and am now on the look out for a nice spector 5 string!!!!!! happy days

im gonna be playing my chech spector on sat for the first time live! through my new trace 2x10 cab with my old smx400 head and my 1x15, i was thinking of upgrading the circutpry but now think ill be degrading it soo im gonna leave well be, !!!! thanks for info
