  1. Isn't Man on the Moon about a man landing on the moon?
  2. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musician I have composed 30 or so songs in past 3-4 years . Few of them posted on BC and soundcloud. I do it as I love doing it and cannot get bored of it. Does it make me a musicians? The answer is subjective. In my opinion? maybe. likely an amateur musician.
  3. I made a thread or two and received a helpful response. I was going to make a similiar thread but suppose it's early days on guitarchat. ..or six stringers are too busy arranging their pedal boards or setting up trems.

SSD5 free version. There is a link somewhere on BC has been posted in autumn 2018
  5. chicken or egg?
  6. relic or road worn?
  7. Saw them in 96. Insane gig
  8. All basses seem to sound the same whenever I see a pub gig. No one seem to have tgeir own signature sound.
  9. Wrathchild
  10. @Thunderpaws shouldn't this be posted in 'How was your gig last night? ' no offence
  11. I use Steve Harris signature flats on Steve Harris signature model p bass. I've tried these on other basses but there was too much tension in the neck. I am very impressed with Fender flats 9050s. Quality sound playability and price.
  12. If someone posted on BC that this is a race friendly forum that would not make me to stop coming here. But...if someone said positive things about p basses or upgrading/modifying cheap guitars and making them even cheaper I would be upset.😉
  13. A good bass player, decent amp and sophisticated amp sim can make most bass guitars sound well. But I agree, p bass suits all music genres. I could say the same about strats.
  14. well done! and nice to see more members participating. welcome back @Dad3353
  15. silly rules
  16. I've got manual. drove auto temporarily and every time I braked it felt like an emergency stop.
  17. Yep. it took me a while to get used to the pedals on the auto car.
  18. I suppose the plucking/strumming hand is like an engine in a car and fretting hand like a steering wheel.
  19. The same with hockey stick. I'm right handed but used ice hockey stick on my left.
  20. Why do right handed guitars point to the left and vice versa. Same with drums, hi hat is mostly on the left for right handed drummers.
  21. Did you pay with credit card?
  22. I wondered too. I could have spent more time on mastering process not rushing it.
  23. The woodland sound in the song is the actual natural sound of the Woodland in the photo. I recorded the Woodland sound on my Android phone whilst hiking there.
  24. My shift work is an obstacle too, constantly trying to catch up with sleep also having to set up everything every time I record ain't fun.
