Only a Djentleman can play this or even more strings... 😁

May I be named ped, please ? Unless it's already taken of course, then call me Moderator Rex.

Indeed. Funny, because Time Machine is the album that I never liked. Should have listened to this one first. 🤣 But there was a trap as the OP wrote that it was not Satch... Schoolboy mistake. 😱

After several relistening to old guitar heroes CD's, I can tell that it's definitely not : Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Blues Saraceno, Guy Mann-Dude, Eric Johnson, Jeff Beck, Steve Lylliwhite, Steve Lukather, Steve Morse. I'm still searching as it sounds familiar to me. Maybe some Alex Skolnick, Dweezil Zappa, Ron Thal, Mattias IA Eklundh (not active in the early 90's, that said), Christophe Godin, Steve Stevens, Paul Gilbert and the likes.

Go for it, £70 GBP is really cheap for such a rare instrument. 👍 I've been playing a Glissentar for some songs in one of my earlier band. The first reaction has always been : wtf is this ? Liked that a lot. -

That's simply a saz, a Balkan instrument. 😉 -
You don't like yellow, Harry ?

Yes, Gareth, let us know your thoughts after a gig or two. That head is under my radar as I need two channels too, but need to be able to mix them as I have separate outputs for the magnetic and piezo on my main bass. Working fine with the Ground Stereo Pre as it has the mutes on each channel, but I like to move as little as possible gear...

Exactly.

If you're still after a 5 strings headless bass, this appeared in Germany : https://www.bassic.de/kleinanzeigen/unikat-von-skc.3785/ It has no body, but who knows, and the seller is after trades...

That will maybe be Rikki's last crossing. Dante knows ?

Epiphone Tobias bass - looks like a one-off.

Warwick LWA1000, Pascal 1000 Watts power amp module (considered the best ones to date) and twin preamp derived from the fantastic Warwick Hellborg JH PR40... A true versatile beast with lots of current and plenty of power, 1.9 kg and is smaller than a shoebox. https://www.thomann.de/gb/warwick_lwa_1000_blk.htm There's also the bundle with the gigbag. From all the new class D heads I've heard, it's the best one money can buy for around £500 GBP new.
