Lifespan of the Tube of the Préamp for Takamine TB10
Hellzero replied to Aalin's topic in Bass Guitars
That's called a fast answer, urm, almost a year later. 🤣 -
I've met her, I think she must be some kind of Brazilian. A real low balls offer, methinks.

Now, we have the proof we were looking for. Same person.

I'll be the devil's advocate, if you've doubts and certainly fears about it, sell it. To me it's also a work of art, a masterpiece and an instrument that needs to be played. How much did you pay for the repair, if you'd like to share, of course ?

Vincent NOLOT is an excellent bassist who has been working with Christophe LEDUC, he made that superb SEPARABLE DOUBLE (6 String) NECK BASS. The separation / attachment device has been especially well cared using only one knob. The fretted bass has a recessed potentiometer knob for the pickup balance, the fretless features a top (sound) table and a piezo pickup. Several switches are judiciously placed to choose among a lot of pickup configurations.

Maybe these two unique Noguera's, but I'm not sure as I'm more Leduc labelled. Speaking of Leduc, this photo was taken the day I got this special ordered 3/4 EUB named Moaï . Wow, I still had hair. And this beast will never leave me. -
My more than 10 years companion, Leduc U-Basse Custom 6 second generation I : The one that followed just after, Leduc U-Basse Custom 6 second generation II (the one and only with a gloss finish on the floating top) : And a Status KingBass Black Beauty : I had many more, but can't find photos...

Don't get fooled if you have big hands, someone can help you.

Line 6, Crate, Ampeg, Fender, Orange, TC Electronic, Vox, Peavey, Yamaha, MarkBass, Bergantino, Kemper, GR Bass, Roland, ... Looks like you didn't see this => 😉

Making drinkable coffee takes even longer in the UK, indeed. 🤣
-
Isn't it a redundancy : Ugly Wishbass.
-
TC Electronic has been doing this for at least a decade, like many others... Do you go out sometimes ? 😉
-
Misinterpreted, my fault. I meant if you're interested in this bass I can do the translation from English, German, Dutch, Italian or even Spanish to French. Better this way. 😉

Making tea. 😁

A Hohner The Jack Custom V has just appeared in France, looks in very good condition except for the battery cover missing. Price is à la française, so too high, as it's always the case. I can translate in French for you if you want. https://www.zikinf.com/annonces/annonce-1773172

Urm, the one for sale on eBay has the truss rod adjustment at the body end. What you see on the headstock is the walnut stripe end...
-
It's written on the headstock, it's an Overwater Design, so maybe a bass predating the Tanglewood era...

Off to see a Frenchman about an amp (or two)
Hellzero replied to andytoad's topic in General Discussion
That said, my wife and I love Lille and of course the gaufres de chez Meert. Over here, where I'm coming from in the deep south of Belgium, we have the same Picard patois than the one of the chtis. Funny as 250 kilometers are between us... Our local dialect is also a Picard patois : le gaumais. -

Not so local, as these are Belgian beers. 😉
