  1. I still have my Blue 360 and won't sell it as I get THAT Acoustic sound instantly.
  2. Yep, you're right it's a Gotoh 206.
  3. This part is totally unexplainable and unexpected !?! I had a bass stolen 3 decades ago that has never been found back, so I know the feeling. I've been refunded by the insurance for its full new value, but as it was a special order from a luthier I still still feel I've lost more... But WTF, storing a van for a week without even checking if everything that should be in was really inside is beyond my imagination... I'll keep both eyes opened in case I see such a rare MusicMan, for sure.
  4. And the icing on the cake is that (for now) when you're a supporting member, ads disappear ! That's another reason to become a supporting member. It's great to be a member ! Be there or be square ! That's heavy ! Ok @ped you should now my bank account number by heart now.
  5. It's not a Gotoh Pro bridge (aka 206) as it really looks like a Kahler roller bridge type with the whole saddle/string anchoring moving like on a headless system. I've seen this bridge before for sure, but where...
  6. EMG pickups and preamp, Gotoh GB7 first generation (small shaft) tuners and Gotoh Pro bridge. Definitely 90's. Certainly made by, a now disappeared, luthier.
  7. The two coils are totally identical otherwise the hum cancelling wouldn't be very effective. 😉 So there's no E-A or D-G part.
  8. It's a series wiring, so the black junction wire is for the connection in series of both coils. The remaining black wire is the cold point (that you solder to the ground) and the white wire is the hot point (output). If you have another pickup in the bass and that the sound is out of phase, simply reverse the cold and hot points.
  9. That said, this is wrong : Why is my typing getting re formatted to something i don’t want? And this is right : Why is my typing getting re formatted to something I don’t want?
  10. I'm fine, just been storing wood for the winter today. I can tell you that the beard thing is a much clever idea. 🤣
  11. Nice beard Flavius ! 😉 Hope you're doing well. 🙂
  12. Check the OC-5 thread, no need for anything else. Plenty of sound files and comparisons with a lot of the contenders and the original Japanese (and Taiwanese too) OC-2, of course.
  13. They also make the Metropolis edition : And the Star Wars one : That's a serial tone killer thing : https://www.kemper-amps.com/profiler/overview
  14. I had the Combo 121 Lite Mk I, the Combo 121 Lite Mk II and the Super Combo K1 : all three fantastic combos with a preference for the K1 that was not as hissing as the two others when cranked up (and it can become very loud), but is heavier. I sold the 3 of them and now my back is telling me to go back to a lightweight combo... which is what the 121 Lite Mk II is. GLWYS.
  15. They are very good Harry. Wise choice.
  16. Oops, crossed messages.
  17. @Phil Starr Here's already an answer : On the far right of the sheet, it is mentioned if there's a "tweeter". And concerning the power, it's the one stated by the manufacturer...
  18. You've got electricity since today, you moaner.
  19. Don't you want to visit the deep South of Belgium ? 🙃
