Yeah I will be there ( Vintage Bass Room ) with @AndyTravis and a plethora of basses and amps/merch. Don't be put off by The Guitar Show, they are contained to downstairs while the cool bass cats have the upstairs to themselves, completely widdle-free! Its a very cool couple of days and plenty of Bass stuff, Bass Direct, Ashdown, Spector, Dingwall... As soon as I have a confirmed list of who's exhibiting I will pop it on here. Come by and say hello if you're coming

Ive just let mine go today, it was pretty good especially in the studio but I have gigged it a few times and it was 'fine' and with tweaking I thought it could be better. I used it direct to FOH at the City Hall in Newcastle last week and it was good, not magnificent. However I plugged the SVT in and the 8x8 Ampeg Cab to quickly try a bass out and my what a sound! Ive realised digital modellers are good but they are just that and nothing more. . They're never going to replicate the real deal in my eyes. Analog all the way now baby.

Shure GLXD16 In excellent condition and comes with an extra battery too for the transmitter which is handy. Comes in the original box too and THE best wireless system I have ever used. I have the newer + version and this is my spare which I have never needed really, it's been on my back up board. I can take more pics for anyone interested and collection from me in Hexham is more than welcome too. Price includes UK Tracked Postage-

I have put these on a 72 & 69 P's, a 79 T Bird and a Gibson Ripper and they feel and sound amazing on each one. Gigged pretty hard on the Gibsons too and they're settling in nicely and sound just as nice as they did when they went on. Off to gig them tonight too in Leicester 👌

I’ve met Danny a couple of times and chatted a bit online. He’s a really nice lad, a pretty decent player too and his Instagram stuff is funny and at least a change from the stuff that’s normally stuffed down your throat on the daily. He’s easy enough to avoid if it’s not your bag but kudos to him for making a living from all things Bass/BEHS

Yes, just bought the Ultimate Accelerator Pack for Black Friday so will be playing catch up on this one first. Im going to be strict and not flip flop between courses. I think all the courses SBL run are pretty well thought out and delivered tbh. Plus any excuse to actually practice 'other stuff and styles' is more than welcomed! I agree theres a lot of free stuff out there, I just CBA to look for the right one when they seem to have the formula pretty dialled in.

I know they are in the process of moving workshops so this may be part of the issue. I only have brilliant things to say about the guys at Barefaced and never had any issues, they can sometimes take a little time to reply via email but they always do. Try an instagram DM too as they are super active on there always and if not another email wouldn't hurt.
