1. I have for sale my swiss army knife / get out of jail free, LR Baggs di, preamp, tuner, eq box type thing. Ideal for electric / acoustic bass and guitar. Comes with case, box and case candy.
2. Think that might be my old bass ? I often think about it. It sounded wonderful.
3.
It is possible that the holes in the pick-up covers are not truly vertical. I had a leaning pick-up in one of my Precisions, to the point that it was binding against the scratch plate, but that turned out to be out-of-true holes drilled into the body. I filled and re-redrilled the holes and all is now fine.
This has happened to me. Check your holes.
4. The best rig I've owned for heft and bottom end power was a 1990's Trace 2x15 and their 300 watt head with passive pre. Wonderful but very very heavy.
5. Well done, that is fantastic.
6. If you need a clean 400 watts that allow you to hear what your acoustic or electric sounds like with versatile eq and great DI , this is the amp for you.

Amp is in MINT condition.
8. Thanks for the link.
9. Unfortunately there is no 8 ohm figure but would say 250 watts. I can post pics of the gig bag tomorrow. The video link shows all the knobs and how they change the sound. It has a clean dynamic sound, much like a high quality mixing desk. Will put more pics up tomorrow.
10. wow ... I really like what you have created.
11. Due to a change in bass direction I'm putting up my 400 watt Maruszczyk bass amp for sale. It has two independent channels designed for Electric and Acoustic bass. It is in mint condition with a gig bag, speakon cable and mains cable. see link.... http://www.public-pe...-basstank-black Link to the same amp in a combo...... https://www.youtube....h?v=rWS0Y3sPg2U Cost is nearly £600 ( 750 euro ) from Public Peace.
12. Looks like I will try some Fender flats.
13. Boss BC-1X Bass Compressor. This pedal is heavily advertised for pre order. Has anybody got their hands on one.... What's it like ?
14. Bought my old valve pedal back. Perfect transaction.
15. Great bass.
16. I can do that..... not. Fantastic track, thanks for sharing.
17. Come on guys.... we ( musicians ) spend hundreds if not thousands of pounds on great gear and you listening to their creative output on cr*p. Get a real hifi system, sit back and enjoy.
18. Has anyone tried this cab yet?
19. Im the same.... bought a compressor and then sold it.... the circle continues. Now I adjust the pickup height and string height to achieve a balanced volume between strings and play more even handed .
20. 3 and 5 When I had a Euro 4LX I tried different pickups from EMG to change the sound. They make a huge range of pickup configurations that fit in your cover size. see link......http://www.emgpickups.com/bass/extended-series.html The Tone Pump is great preamp, put it back in. IMHO
21. Ive been looking for a 2013 made bass to celebrate the birth of my son Rufus. After much head scratching on what to do I fell upon this by accident. It was made 5 weeks before Rufus was born and I fell for it as soon as I saw it. Ive had Jazz type basses for years and ultimately have been dissatisfied with the sound. I couldn't put my finger on it , I was just doubting my sound. Last week I sold my very good Maruszczyk Jazz type bass and added some cash tucked away for the ' Rufus bass '. Well it arrived yesterday and I cant put it down..... I really cant put into words the quality of the sound so Im posting a few pics instead.
