It looks dry - any suggestions what oil I should use ? Also the jack and blend control seem very crackly and both tend to cut the signal - any suggestions ? Should I use switch cleaner or will that totally mess things ? Thanks

I always offer the buyer the choice - some people don't like them. I then sell on the case for the going rate, or a reasonable offer.
