6.
None of you LOOK particularly angry....
maybe its ironic and they are actually fairly happy and tolerant badgers
7. yes, I always had naughty thoughts about them all. And I would have to observe that Michael Steele (she's a lady) was a good bassist,
8. Ms Hoffs is still cute now
9. Isnt it the case that Dan Lakin got told off by Fender and had to change his headstock design ? I dont think its too much to ask that someone making something quite like your valuable commerical product makes it sufficiently different that it doesnt get mistaken for your valuable commerical product and affect your business adversely. You'd never rmistake the Vintage icon fretless relic bass for the custom shop jaco replica costing ten times as much but it looks similar enough to satisfy people who dont care enough about "replca" to pay ten time as much, and doesnt lose Fender the business they would have had anyway.
10.
Right. I'm nipping out to the patents office to patent my own body shape. Soon I'll be collecting royalties from all you lot wot are carrying dad guts too. Anyone for a Euro Banana?
Are you a unique and innovative design with extremely valuable commercial worth ?
11.
Thanks for the mention . I'd be glad to help, pm me if you'd like more details.
We talked about a sunburst nitro relic p if you recall
12. Do a forum search - people talk about them a lot
13. Manton customs?
14. Yes a jap 62 reissue P that I stupidly sold on Partner said "keep it if you like it" but we were a bit strapped and I passed the chance up
15. Thanks to OHM for taking the time to add that, @dood if you don't find it fits, send it back to me unused and all It will cost you is the postage
16.
Are these guards exact Fender USA Precision replicas? (To fit USA Standard Precision holes etc)
I will ask the guys who bought them what models they fitted them to. Mine is a bass doc model so I couldn't say for certain and wouldn't want to mislead you. One commented that it was a perfect fit but I didn't ask to what. They are noticeably heavier than your average aftermarket plate
17. I've played both and the classic 50s was a smidge better -awesome pickup
18.
I'm with most others here. Over the years I've an occasional acoustic itch & had a number of acoustics which I've tried to like .. but didnt. I had one of these for a while.. the colour was the best thing about it.
Clucking bell!
