1. Sorry Tom - mustn't post when pissed! Posts deleted!
2. Bargain
3. OMFG - My birth year!
4. Flanker's got one - ask him what it's like - definitely a bargain for forty squids!
5. Bump - Chris Wolsenholme required to make this sound like Muse!
6. Digitech BSW's rock - I love mine! Free bump!
7. Function band . . . . plug in baby . . . . . . does not compute. Wish i had some of your functions mate LOL!
8. Sold Trev my thumb. We had a couple of false starts that were totally out of Trev's control - however he kept me fully informed all the time. When we finally got together everything went fine. Trev's a smashing bloke and a good guy to deal with - recommended!
9. I'm pretty tempted - open to trades?
10. Not sure what the body wood and pup config is on your bass. The ergonomics are very different though.
11. This bass needs a home bump!
12. What's the difference between a GS 112 and a DB 112. Would a GS go well together with a DB?
13. Picked up an RBX800 a while ago from Crack Converters for £129. Bit bashed cosmetically but awesome bass. My mate had one just like yours - it was lovely. Love maple fretboards!
14. Behringer EP2500. Generally renowned for bucking the iffy reliability trend and happily run at 2 ohms.
15. Up for a straight trade kev. How about you pay a mate to drive you over?
16. Pm'd you mate few days ago. You looking for straight trade?
17.
think it weighs about 60kg ish, is this still up for sale?
Very heavy and still for sale!
18. Watch Norman Watt - Roy - often uses his thumb to pluck on the E string - awesome bass player!
19. That must be a pretty special scratchplate Stevie!
20. It's green mate. I think the problems arrive should the scanning sytem fail and the laser stops moving - possibly pointing directly in someone's eyeball. I think I'll play safe with this one!
21. Flyfishers response refers to laser pointers - not display lasers. There is a difference in that a scanning laser is believed to cause much less damage than a pointer because it never stays in the same place for long enough to cause damage UNLESS IT FAILS and stays in one place. It's got a yellow sticker so it falls under the class 3B regulations - the UK distributors have got back to me and said it shouldn't be pointed into the crowd - so that has given me my answer!!
22. That was a bargain Jezzaboy! An unusual finish - I don't remember a see through black. These are fantastic basses- I've had a couple but always moved them on because the short top horn puts the feel all out to me. I don't think you can beat ash for a body wood - the low mids give it real punch!
23. I've just bought a secondhand laser GVG 701 - it's either 30 or 40 Milliwatt depending on what you read! Would this be safe to point into the audience - I've no instructions and the company has stopped selling lasers!
