1.
At £300 I thought that this would have flown away - after all you're not going to see an Overwater for £300 everyday...still available..
Bugger all seems to be flying away mate only the really expensive stuff like Wals and Dingers etc etc
2.
Ahh... It's because I'm playing to a copyrighted track. Bugger. I'll find another way to do it. Sorry!
No worries mate
3. All I get is media fire permission denied
4. Bump No Boss love?
5. I Bought Niks Zoom B2 it was a nice and easy deal communication and delivery were great not tried the unit yet but it looks in very good condition would deal with Nik again without hesitation.
6.
This isn't helping my GAS!! I look forward to it with bated trousers. It's not going to know who it's real Dad is at this rate! Can't I take it to the Zoo every other Sunday?? Neither bass seems overly heavy Paul, if that's any use to you... certainly no more than your average P Bass I'd say.
Hmmm cheers Mark will see if I can get me paws on one to try
7. Tap a wine bottle cork in the hole then use a 12mm spade drill bit to recut the hole simples have done this a few times with good results
8. Dave bought a set of pups from me paid instantly and coms were good thanks for an easy deal
9. Nice basses Mark I have been a bit interested in the classic 4 for a while now so will be watching to see how you get on with it I have never been a Spector kinda guy but with all the recent gear changing I have been doing could be worth a try lol only thing that bothers me is the weight as some people say they are nice and light but others seem to think they are a bit heavy and not having anywhere nearby to try I would be buying blind and it is a good old whack of dosh to lose if it aint right
10. The Harley Benton I had was a great sounding bass but I did change the pup as it was not my favorite flavor but it was by no means rubbish and it was really nice to play the only downside to it IMO is that it weighed about the same as a small planet lol
11.
I've already owned about 3 of them and sold them all, dumb thing to do. They are are probably one of the best all round basses I've ever had. I paid £495 for my other ones so this is a heck of a deal.
Tom you must be wrong I dont own one so they must be crap lol joking aside they are a really tasty bass and that is a awesome price
12. BUMP
13. I take my hat off to you mate you are one clever f***er wish I had the skill and talent you obviously do
14. I ordered a set of PBX and a set of PBXN pups I did not like the standard PBX set they were not horrible I just did not like them and I sent the PBXN set back as they were to big to go in my bass routes I know this is easy to sort out but I didn't want to do that and they are pretty "deep" to and would not have sat low enough in my thin bodied bass which is a shame as I would of liked to try them out
15. Or you could cover your pickguard in vinyl or spray it with Hycote for about a fiver
16.

What can I say lol
17. All sorted thanks chaps now here is the irony I don't like the pups so have ordered some dimarzios lol funny old game this bass lark in it lol
18. Thanks guys will have a play woohoo
19. Hi all I think I may be a bit thick but am really struggling with this one the controls are vol/vol/tone and it is passive PJ configuration here is a pic of the wiring I have
20.
It's for a guitar, but it's Peavey and the colours match what you've got...
Thanks Ian will have a little play with that bit weird having 4 wires going to one pup bloody peavey lol I am wondering if I just use the red and black and ignore the other colours maybe it is just a generic wiring loom they put in to everything to save money? will have a play and report back thanks
