WELL! What a superb evening. Christophe was an absolute gent - very funny and really down to earth. Shattering guitar playing but really tasteful too. A master of any style! Pleased to have met a couple of Basschatters there, too.
Cheers

I love that #213 mate... it is 1986 though I think. Show us some more pics!!
You are right Kev, that is in amazing condition for its age! Mine looks like it has been dragged through a hedge backwards - and so does #213 above! Gotta love 'em though!
Oooh OK... you should probably watch that one with caution, then! I think the only film I have watched after reading the book was 'free Willy' (Read in at Center Parcs) and was pretty disappointed

I think it kicks off at about 6.30 and I thought I would pop along as I live quite close now.
Anyone else going?

Hehe nope. I had no idea what it was until I put it on. Good stuff if you ask me, though I can imagine the book is even better as the film had a lot of scope.
Who is your avatar then?

Well I don't love my windows as much as my bass but I clean those too...
I just like the gloss black shine Nick seems to achieve on his fretboards. Don't you?!

I don't know how you get the neck so shiny Nick - I tried the WD40 and window cleaner trik on mine but it never stays clean for long!! Perhaps I will book my bass in for your valet service?

Lovely looking bass. I had planned on comparing this to mine at some point as they are similar (apart from the electronics)
Have fun with it
