    They have located it but went off parcel tracking. I did log into Thomann and had correct shipping address as I have bought a bass another case and amp of them last year waiting delivery

    The package could not be delivered because of incorrect labelling Was ordered on 27 th Dec contacted thoman not heard anything for three days

    ordered a new case unable to ship because they never labelled it up properly how sh*t is that stuck with the hell called DHL waited in all day
