Yes it c neck type very similar to my jazz bass. First time I tried a p bass did not like the neck too thick felt like a plank compared to a jazz bass this is the real deal a bargain I think for a USA spec bass

Thanks its a great playing bass to can't fault it just love the tones you get from it

Will post some more on Monday. Plays really well very comfortable to hold and play can't find any fault with build quality not a bad price for American built fender will try to get some sound samples sometime

Let me throw my hat in the ring just bought a excellent fender p j bass special jazz pickup at bridge split coil at neck. Great tones from each two blended together Are excellent I only bought this as more and more music. I now listen too has p bass
