SOLD - my ACG Custom Krell 5 string in first class condition. No dings or scratches. An outstanding example of Alan's work with a beautiful Art Aqua Maple Burl fretboard. Ash back and front, with a white limba chambered centre. Ash neck. All finished in satin lacquer. Headless 31.5" scale with 24 frets. Strings at 18mm centres. Weight 4.6kg. ACG FB Alnico pickups with active ACG EQ01 4k. Dunlop straplocks and Elixer strings. I am retired now and reluctantly slimming down my bass collection to just the essentials. This bass features ACG's custom headstock which allows the use of any type of strings on this bass. No need for double ball ends. The pre-amp features a stacked filter and resonance control for each pick up giving a huge range of sounds from thumping reggae to crisp slap. Stacked Volume and Blend pot and a separate stacked tone control to further boost the sound. The bass plays really well, with a fast action either strung B to G or E to C, which is my preference. The bass will come strung and set up to your preference with a spare B or C string accordingly. The bass comes with a Mono padded gig bag and adjustment tools. That takes me back. One of my first basses back in the day. Jack Bruce often played one with Cream. I remember it produced a great rock sound with lots of grunt. GLWTS

Here is my beautiful 2015 custom bass hand made in Germany by Sandberg in excellent condition with original gig bag. The bass has an ash body finished in satin blackburst , maple neck with rosewood fingerboard with a pair of Delano MC6HE/S Dual Coil pickups with coil split switch with a 3 band eq with active/passive switching. This bass sounds full and punchy with clear high end great detail. As I'm retiring and downsizing house etc. I'm reluctantly selling some of my basses. This Sandberg is in great condition and well set up. Lovely slimline, fast neck. Very playable with a great variety of tones. Its immaculate apart from one tiny ding on the top edge where the forearrn rests when playing. I have tried to photograph this below. This bass hasn't been gigged and only used in my studio.
