2.
Glad you girls had a great time
Cheers Mel, we had a great. Hope you can join us one day/night. We're hoping to arrange a get together in the Cardiff area so hopefully that would be close enough for you to come along?
 3. Last night, myself and SpaceChick had made arrangements to go LemonCello's gig. I just knew it was going to be a good night when the rain had stopped, the sun had come out and I was able to drive to her house wearing sunglasses . Living in Wales, this is a particularly rare event. A good omen I thought. I got to Deb's house and she very quickly mentioned that we needed to go to the ATM for some cash as she just might be buying a BASS during this, our second road trip. Only two weeks ago I'm sure I recall a conversation that fretless basses were not for Debs, and that she didn't really feel that the absence of frets was a good idea. One glimpse of a "FOR SALE" ad in LemonCello's signature soon changed that . Cash sorted, we found our destination and enjoyed some great music courtesy of The Reserves in a fantastic facility called The Green Rooms. It was great to meet LC, listen to The Reserves and of course see Deb's face as she left with her new fretless bass . Here are a couple of pics Thanks very much for a great night! As for the "reminder that we are all individuals" ... just check out how different mine and Debs' choice of footwear was for last night
 4.
You'll be more BCish once you give in to GAS. One of us, one of us
I have it bad at the moment ... seems to be only one cure for it !
 5.
Some say picker - some say pecker. Garry
- my quote sounds like some kind of admission!
 6.
Brilliant, where on Earth did you find this? Can you believe we used to dress like that?! Check out the mullet!!
Have you had a hip replacement as a result of holding your g**t*r on your ankle? Takes a considerable degree of flexibility. Also love your winklepicker peeping out from under your gown .... a professional outfit I must say!
 7. Well let's hope he makes a convincing fella ! Have a good time, both you and Simon / Simone .
 8.
Me too, playing a terrible 'Kay' 6-string g**t*r tuned way down beyond ridiculousness - ha, ha! Imagine it. I was fourteen, so er... that would be around 1874.
Hey great news, I found an etching of your first gig!

 10.
Hi Debs don't know exactly but it is less than a Gibson 1275 twin neck. You can try it if we get the mini bass bash together.
Nice one! We (Space Chick, myself and LemonCello) were talking about a get together earlier tonight. We went to watch his gig, shame you didn't come along. We could have had thrown some ideas around. Will be good to meet up with more locals.
 11. Looking forward to another road trip tomorrow - in fact I'm off out for a practice run this very evening. No bass chatters tonight unfortunately , just live music . Anyone fancy joining us tomorrow night ??? If it helps, it never rains in Wales if you fancy some really great weather
 12. Hi Terry and welcome
 13.
Nuff Said
How much does that bass weigh Sammy Spandex ?
 14. I went for the Thomann T15-250S. What I received was an Ashdown MAG300 EVO II. It's great, would highly recommend. I called Ashdown before deciding what to get and they said that the T15-250s was one of their MAG combo's bought in bulk by Thomann and given a unique reference. I'm certainly happy with mine. Good luck!
 15.
Is that the film where the dyson runs amok?
Your memory serves you well. It is was the sequel to the Shake N Vac advert but screened after the watershed

 20.
If you can afford it... then I reckon there are worse things you can do to feed the retail addition than buying bass guitars. Buying most things loses you money as they aren't resalable or else depreciate. Not buying anything will make you anxious and will lose you money at Rate of Inflation minus Interest on Savings. Which effectively means losing money at the Rate of Inflation :-/ Buy a bass and it'll probably appreciate in value AND you get to enjoy it at the same time. Try that with a Ferrari or an Ulster Bank savings account. One of these is difficult to get into, will make your money disappear and cause your friends to laugh at you. And the other is a Ferrari. Make that move. Buy that bass. CB PS: I'm selling my precision on here :-)
Love so much in here .... seems like the only negative product is the Ulster Bank Savings Account. Basses and Ferraris are fair game!
