Analogman Chorus Pedal for sale or trade. In mint condition, with the addition of some velcro to the bottom. Is currantly on my pedal board, but is this one; http://www.buyanalogman.com/Standard_Choru...dard-chorus.htm Really is an amazing chorus, sounds so lush - just sounds right! Really works well with bass. Looking for offers for cash. Will consider trades... pedals, small amps (practice amp?), hard bass cases, Bass DI, even cheap basses! Or a combination of the 2! Cheers. Alex.

Boss HiBand Flanger - HF2 Brilliant pedal - no longer made. Bought off of ebay about a year ago, and although I love the sound, I just don't seem to find the opportunities to use it (and cash is tight!). Very good condition - see pics, with velcro on the bottom. Some more info here; http://filters.muziq.be/model/boss/compact/hf2 SOLD Electronix Messdrive Bass Fuzz One of these; http://cgi.ebay.com/ElectroniX-MessDrive-B...1742.m153.l1262 Again, a really nice sounding little pedal. Bought for a particular project - which is now finished, and I've not really used it since. Excellent fuzz, with really phat bottom end! SOLD Loopy pedal One of the ones where you put your effects in the loop to prevent signal loss. Gorgeous colour! Hard to photo, but a really nice metal-flake red. UV LED. Requires power. SOLD... Behringer Bass EQ Not bad - does what it says really, can be a little bit 'hissy' when you add lots of treble (but we're bass players so that shouldn't matter right?!) - but this isn't noticable at gigging volumes. £10 posted? I'm open to offers on all of these - so if theres something you really want, but think is too pricey drop me a pm. Also open to trades - let me know what you've got! Cheers. Alex.

Wasn't it a squire - an early JV one? With EMG pickups i think too? I was interested myself - but skint at the time, I'm pretty sure I saw it on ebay after it was on here...

Band intros. And on bass... "The Fat Bloke"...

Why don't you write a lick or two - or nick some flash lines from other tunes and transpose them to the correct key? I know plenty of 'improvisers' who just do that.... -
I've got a purple one of their braided cables that i bought about 5 years ago. Its lasted the best of all my leads, and being purple, no-one can claim its theirs at a rehearsal or gig :-) Don't remember them being overly expensive at the time, might buy some more in the future, but i'm ok for leads at the mo...

I'm watching that too :-p

Kinda looks a bit more like a copy of an Ibanez Soundgear rather than a Vintage? Even the shape of the head isn't a million miles away...

I was working on a couple of soloy things whilst at Uni... and have got a little section during a gig in november. I'm not gonna tell anyone where, cos it might go horribly wrong Maybe next time tho...

Heres mine... seems quite simple compared to some on here, but it makes most of the noises i want. Atm its; Custom looper thing > Electronix Messdrive > Behringer Bass Eq > Boss AW3 > Boss HF2 > Analogman Chorus > Akai Headrush > back to the looper thing... I use a boss TU2 aswell, but don't have it on the board. Would like to add a bass wah and an alternative distortion or od, and possible a volume pedal. Alex.

I know what you mean about loosing gigs because of not playing the double bass :-( I've already finished my dissertation - was handed in in april/mayish time. Your more than welcome to have a read if you fancy? Alex.

The full title was pretty long winded, but its about the prejudice towards the bass guitar in Jazz. Getting to interview Steve Swallow was so useful; he agreed with all my points, so I had a big name to fall back on, but also, he had the experience to add weight to my argument.... An hour on the phone to America tho - cost about £50! Was worth every penny tho... I still need to send him a copy actually, he was very keen to read the finished article. ALex.

He's such a nice bloke too - was nice enough to let me interview him for my dissertation earlier this year. We ended up chatting for about an hour! And is a truely great player...

Actually - just found out! CHeers!

SWR Goliath Junior... How do i know the ohmage (is that a word) that this cab is. Its one of the older ones, not a metal grill (mkI i think), 2x10 with a horn)... Cheers.
